Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

If you desire to cancel an order you must inform in writing via  Contact Us.

All cancellation requests will be reviewed to see where the order is in the process and if it is still in the window to be cancelled. Orders already on the dock, on a truck, or in route may not be able to be cancelled.

If you request to cancel an order before it has been processed (within 3 days of order placement) , a full refund will be issued. After this, an order cannot be cancelled.


Merchandise returns (regardless of reason) need authorization from us. 

Any returns due to buyer’s remorse must be in the original package in re-sellable condition, returned at customer’s expense (customer will pay return shipping back to the location indicated by us). All returns are also subject to a 10% restocking fee.

How to start the Return & Refund Process

Returns are only accepted with a return authorization number, and must be initiated within 15 days of product receipt. Please Contact Us to initiate the Returns process and to receive a Return Authorization Number.


Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:


  • The customer’s order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer;
  • The customer’s order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).
